No tradeable trigger: the 15m tape is dead-flat noise in a ~$180 band ($77,100–$77,285) with volume near zero, and the only "signal" is a 15m candle closing exactly at the D-Open/pdEQ cluster — that is price sitting ON the level, not a confirming close through it or a rejection away from it. Price is also pinned at daily VWAP ($77,196) and the developing POC/VA ($77,148–$77,217), i.e. the middle of value, which the method explicitly treats as a no-trade zone; 4h CVD shows a bearish divergence against flat 5m delta, so corroboration is absent too. No level-reaction, no with-trend close, no sweep-reclaim — pass.
