That is noise inside a 48-candle 30m range of only $77,004–$77,457, not a genuine rejection of a higher-timeframe level, and the wPOC is a mid-range/POC location the method explicitly says not to open new trades at (POC chop, 50/50). A short here would also target wVAL $76,693 / wLow $75,907 with an honest stop above the day high $77,457, giving roughly 1.3:1 to T2 with no qualifying named setup, so the R:R floor is not cleared. No clean setup: the level is the wrong location and the trigger has no substance.
