The trigger is a 30m close below the developing month VAH ($77,434), but the location is poor for a short: price is sitting right on top of clustered support — pwPOC $77,171.5, the developing week low $76,622.1 and the daily naked POC below at $76,239.5 — so this is fading momentum straight into higher-timeframe support, which the method forbids. Corroboration is also thin: the break came on tiny overnight volume with flat open interest and near-neutral funding, and the weekly/monthly structure is still up (August closing far above the July range), so a fresh short here is a counter-trend poke at a level rather than a clean level-reaction. No long trigger exists either — no reclaim close back above mVAH has printed.
