On top of that, this same dev_val level was already attempted within the last 30 minutes and today's book is red, so I demand a fresh 15m trigger. Reaction quality is also poor: 5m delta is flat (-3.5 BTC), volume into the level is tiny, and OI is bleeding (-3.08% 4h) — that's shorts covering, not fresh conviction — while price chops in the middle of the 76,457–78,785 day range with no clean edge.
