The most recent CLOSED 15m candle (16:00 UTC) closed UP at $64,964.1 with no rejection or reclaim structure, so there is no confirming 15m close through or at the level; price is chopping between dVAL $64,740 and dVAH $65,191 with flat 5m delta and very low volume (8.9 BTC). No trigger, poor reaction, and mid-range location — and with one consecutive loss on this book I need a cleaner setup, not a coin flip at the POC.
