The 22:00 UTC 15-minute candle did sweep and reclaim the tradeable pdPOC at $63,394.5, but under the stricter two-loss filter the long lacks required corroboration: 4h CVD and 5m taker delta are both confirming down, while positive funding and only weakening/declining 4h OI do not show trapped-short participation. This is a poor order-flow response at a fair-value POC, so the trigger is not clean enough to trade.
