No clean setup: the 15:30 UTC 15-minute candle rejected the developing low near pdVAL/pdPOC support, but a long is contradicted by short CCV bias, confirming-down 4h CVD and 5m delta, and rising OI in a strong downtrend. A continuation short is also disallowed directly into this support cluster, while the earlier downside break has no current retest entry.
