The 19:45 UTC 15m candle did sweep pdVAH $64,880 and close back above it at $64,881.9, but the reclaim reaction is too poor to trade: 5m delta is flat, OI shows short covering rather than fresh participation, and 4h CVD is bearishly divergent. CCV long bias and price near VWAP provide some support, but they do not overcome the weak order-flow response, and the current forming tape has already slipped back below pdVAH.
